Vision and Values

We have 5 provision trauma-informed values which underpin our provision mission statement and act as both a supportive, progressive framework for our young people and as guiding principles for our staff. The 5 values tell the story of how we work with our students at Futures, to our students and families. The values also sit alongside Maslow’s Hierarchy of Need, in understanding what barriers young people need to overcome to allow for learning to take place.
