Student Voice

At Futures, student voice is at the heart of everything we do. Learners are actively encouraged to shape their own educational journeys by sharing their views, preferences, and aspirations. We support students in expressing their opinions about their personalised learning programmes and their role within the wider provision.

Through this collaborative approach, students build independence and take greater ownership of their progress. Regular opportunities to provide feedback help ensure they feel confident and informed about decisions relating to the curriculum and overall provision.

Students also play a key role in their annual EHCP review meetings, empowering them to work towards meaningful targets while enhancing their experience and developing essential life and communication skills.
