Student Voice

At Futures student voice is highly valued and students are encouraged to play an active role in their individual learning journeys. Students are supported in sharing their own views and opinions relating to their individual programme of learning and position within the provision. Students are encouraged to develop their own independence and take on greater responsibility in relation to their individual journeys. Students are encouraged to share feedback relating to their programme and we ensure that they are confident in their understanding of the decisions that are made relating to the curriculum and provision in general. Students will play an active role in their annual EHCP review meetings to empower them in working towards their individual targets whilst improving their own experiences and supporting them in further developing key skills.
