Futures PGP–CEIAG Curriculum Overview  

Our Personal Growth Pathway (PGP) is a structured and inclusive curriculum designed to support students’ personal development and future readiness. Grounded in the principles of Careers Education, Information, Advice and Guidance (CEIAG), the programme promotes self-awareness, resilience, and informed decision-making through a sequence of short, targeted lessons.

Links to the PSHE Association Frameworks: Tailored to meet the needs of SEND learners and Key Stage 5, ensuring accessibility and relevance.

Gatsby Benchmarks: Mapped to the 8 Gatsby Benchmarks, providing a robust foundation for effective careers education and guidance.
