Hair and Beauty Vocational Studies

At Futures, our Hair & Beauty course offers a supportive and inclusive environment where students with special educational needs can explore their personal learning and career goals. Modules include customer service, nail treatments, hairdressing techniques such as basic facials, health and safety, and career exploration within the beauty industry. Students also have the opportunity to gain GTi-accredited qualifications through The Beauty Guild covering eyelash extensions, gel nails, facials, makeup, hair cutting, washing, styling, and more. These courses are fully insurable, providing a professional pathway into the beauty and wellness sector.

Skills developed in this pathway can be applied to enterprise events and community-based projects, helping students showcase their talents, earn recognition, and prepare for future employment.
