Food and catering enterprise studies
Our food and catering studies program offers an inclusive approach that combines hands-on training in cooking, baking, and barista skills to empower young people with practical experience in the culinary industry. Through engaging activities, students enhance fine motor skills, cognitive development, and social interaction, while building confidence and independence. Our program emphasizes creativity and life skills in a fun, supportive environment, where culinary and coffee-making skills are developed. Students will also participate in pop-up coffee shops, gaining valuable work experience and opportunities for community engagement, helping them build confidence and prepare for the world of work.
